I bought the Sansa clip zip not but a month ago and everything works fine…
Until yesterday when I went to use it I realized the volume would not turn up. Inspecting it closely it appears as the volume control is broken and wont do anything but lower the volume and now it’s permanantly stuck on mute and I see of no other way to lower or raise the volume. Everything else on the player seems to work perfectly fine. Its very frustrating that this little thing renders this player useless.
Please let me know if anyone knows how to fix this
