Synchronize to continue your music subscription

I get the “Synchronize to continue your music subscription” message on my MP3 player even though I already synchronized.

All of my music is on a micro SD card. I’ve tried taking out the SD card, formatting the MP3 player, uninstalling and reinstalling Rhapsody, and unauthorizing and reauthorizing the computer, but I’m still getting the “Synchronize to continue your music subscription” message. What can I do to fix this?

I’ve had the exact same problem for about three weeks, now.  Tried the same solutions - nothing works.

Try putting the protected files in internal memory. Some protected files sometimes cause issues when on card memory.
