I believe I have updated the firmware (if that is a possible solution), but the audiobook still shows up in reverse order - e.g. part 10 at top, part 1 at the bottom of the list.
How can I solve this problem?

Are the ID3 tags for the files filled in, and correctly? Also, can be helpful to use preceeding zeros in file number and part names, where they are involved in the sorting (e.g. 01, 02, etc.).
