m4a files?

i guess these suckers dont sync into the player, huh? didnt notice that in the user guide… bummer, i guess ive got some converting to do.

related question- last night i thought i was loading a bunch of tunes into my clip but they didnt show up due to being m4a files. well, it seems the free space on the player reflects that they did load??? i was watching the free space go down as i thought i was loading all this music… unplugged the player and noticed that any of the tracks that were m4a didnt load, yet the free space is still at the level shown as i was (thought i was) sync the tracks???

any thoughts?

Presumably, they loaded but you just can’t see them on the Clip because the Clip doesn’t support the format?  Try a re-connect to your computer and then delete them.

BTW, I’ve had good results with BonkEnc (i.e., freeware converter).
