I have recently purchased the 8gb clip plus and cannot update the firmware. I have installed the updater but just get a message saying service not available.
check your firewall or just use the links posted at the top of this board for the manual firmware update.
The Updater often can be buggy. The manual method, easy and fast, without a standby use of system resources.
