Sansa Clip Plus Volume button doesnt not increase volume only decreases

Hi,

I hat sucess in installing the new firmware hoping it would resolve this issue. Sadly no luck, resetting to factory settings only allows me to decrease volume but not increase it. if I decide to decrease volume I cannot unless I resett to factory settings regain volume…

In short I think the volume button is broken as when i push it decreases but does not increase, ever… My device is only 6 Months old and well this is no good. :confused:

Any help?

Contact SanDisk directly about a warranty replacement. There have been a few people who have had problems with the volume rocker switch.
