That’s really a headache. I’m just curious why you prefer MSC than MTP. There are a lot of things that you can do on MTP mode which you can’t do on MSC, you can also do drag and drop on mtp mode as not all users are aware. Im sure somebody would react to this and will say MSC is better :smileyvery-happy:. Assuming that you have tried reinstalling the player under Device Manager and have tried all the usb port of your computer, try disconnecting other usb devices from computer such as external HD and reinstall the Sansa again under Device Manager. If that still doesn’t work, restart your computer while the Sansa is connected to your computer.
