Hello,
Can anyone please explain this problem?
I’ve read up on it thru Google and seems to be a ‘maximum 255 characters’ type error
where Windows XP can’t copy anything over that limit.
Thing is - as an experiment - I put a file at the root of my hard drive, in C, where it cannot
possibly be over that limit and still cannot copy to the Music folder of the Clip.
I set my USB mode as MSC.
Can anyone shed any light on this? A workaround?
After an hours’ reading/messing about, I still have no music on my new toy! WAAAH!!
Any info gratefully received, thanks…

Change the filename to something really short --1-Song.mp3 or something–and see if it likes that.
