How to disable FM radio?

I have a Clip 8gb with V02.01.32p firmware.

I need to use my clip in a place where FM radios are not allowed, and I never use this feature anyway.

How can I disable the FM radio feature?

Wouldn't it be a bit more polite to mark Marvin's post as the accepted solution, instead of giving yourself credit?:smileywink:

Re: How to disable FM radio?

If you reapply the latest firmware (see the firmware upgrade sticky thread in the forum, at the top) and change the .bin firmware file name that you apply to a non-radio version, that should disable your radio.  See the thread below for the firmware file name to change to--seemingly, the "S" option will fit your needs.
