I have been using my ixpand mobile usb on my ipad air for a couple of months now with no issues however last week I have had trouble viewing the saved video files. The files are shown but when i select one and press play, nothing happens. There is no viewing time shown for the program. I have tried rebooting the ipad and this has worked occassionally and I have been able to finish an episode of a TV show but when i go to watch the next one, it wont play it. I am running version 10.2 on the ipad.
Anyone else experience this issue and if so, is there a fix. I have formatted the drive and also recopied the files and the issue is the same - i.e. the files are seen by the ipad but wont play
