Just bought my iExpand 16g and it is not detected by my computer

Hi there, just bought my iExpand and it isn’t being detected by my computer. Don’t know what is wrong. It works on my iPhone but not on my computer. 

Please tell me what to do to reset it?

Have you tried different USB ports? It should be seen as any other flash drive by your computer.
