UPS says "not a valid tracking number" for shipment of replacement SSD

Received email from Sandisk support which says under-warranty replacement SSD has been shipped. Went to ups.com and entered tracking number provided by Sandisk. UPS says it is not a valid tracking number !

 

What should i do ?

It could be just a typo. But have you tried to do a simple copy paste?
