System Freeze when trying to copy some directories

I have contacted sandisk support and they told me that I should try format, reinstall Win7 and then do drive test. I did just that, installed ssd dashboard, tried to run long SMART test and it failed as it did in previousl installation. I think I’m going to ask for refund…

Also, for some I can’t login to “My SanDisk” page. Tried to reset password ( http://kb.sandisk.com/app/utils/account_assistance ) and that email never arives to hotmail.com (but updates to my question do arive).
