System Freeze when trying to copy some directories

I can’t see anything strange from SMART data. Apparently the SSD seems ok.

As a last resort (from me, at least. Please note that I’m not a SanDisk employee) try installing the Sandisk SSD Dashboard to check out if it can find something:
