Last August 2017 i saved some of my personal files in the vault…
so basically the vault requires me to create a password to create the vault.
Unfortunately, when i try to open the vault today, the vault requires me again to create a password…
and because i am stupid, i created a password again. then poof! i have NOTHING in my vault… i hope someone can help me with my problem… i still have my SanDiskSecureAccess Vault folder in my 32gb flash drive. its just that it only contains the encrypted file from which i saved last august 2017.
