can't use backup

I backed up my data onto my sandisk drive many months ago.  Nowwhen I try to restore, the following happens:

When I run SanDiskSecureAccessV2_win.exe, it prompts me to create a new “vault”   It then can access only data added to this new vault.  I can’t seem to get to the previously created vault.

Using windows file explorer, I see the encrypted backup files.(on the USB drive).  I know the old password.  But I need help getting the SanDisk software to find them.

Please help me recover my data!
