if i have a video file, lets call it kmc0004, is there any way that kmc001,kmc002, kmc003 could have been filmed after kmc004 and placed in front of kmc004?

Can you please specify your issue in order to understand what exaclty you mean with these video files?
Just for info, the SSD saves the data in the best possible way in the blocks in order to maximize the access speed later on so besically if you have a large file then it will fill the blocks continusly(sequential write) and if there are small files it will put them in spare blocks that have the available space for them(randm write).
