SSD X110 not recognized in BIOS

I made a terrible mistake: My copy of Windows 7 got corrupted, and I choose to re-install. It had 2 partitions, so I choose to delete both partitions and start fresh, intending to go with only one partion this time. When I rebooted, the drive was no longer recognized in the bios (AMI bios). Is the drive toast?

Thanks

Hmmm. If it’s an option for you, you can try to change the BIOS settings to default and see if it makes a difference.

Unfortunately, that did not work. I have tried many things, but it appears that the drive is dead. Thanks.
