SSD Plus 120gb no longer booting

Hello,

One of our work pcs was refusing to boot this morning. On going into the bios settings, we noticed that it was no longer recognising our Sandisk SSD drive.

I’ve tried connecting the drive to a different SATA port, used a different cable, and finally removed it and tested it in another PC. It’s not being recognised, so it seems to have died.

Is there any way to recover the drive? Most of our work files are saved in the cloud so we haven’t lost too much but there are personal files on there.

Failing that, what is the warranty on this drive and how do we go about arranging a replacement?

if it is not recognized by multiple devices it will need to be replaced. You can request an RMA at the link below.
