I just reinstalled my OS, upgrading to windows 8.1 on a Lenovo Y500 laptop, that has a sandisk u100 16gb cache ssd attached to the msata port. I cant see it in the device manager or disk manager. though the device manager shows this
I was wondering if there was a driver for the ssd that i need installed for me to make use of it.
the link to the picture is broken. that said if you are using a U100 as the caching drive you will need to get the caching software back from lenovo if you didn’t reinstall it after the reinstall. Not sure if they even support Win 8.1 but you will need to contact their support as this is OEM not a sandisk retail product or software.
