What worked for me.

  1. Download http://downloads.sandisk.com/Dashboard/SanDiskSSDDashboardSetup.exe

  2. Try to install SanDiskSSDDashboardSetup.exe

  3. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\SanDisk\SSD Dashboard

  4. Find and double click SanDiskSSDDashboardSetup.exe there.

It worked for me. However, before I disabled digital signature. I don’t know if it is mandatory.
