Dashboard 2.3.1.0 crashes when starting (windows 7 64)

I have a sandisk SSD plus 240Gb.

I tried reinstalling but the same happens. 1.4.4.0 worked fine.

Here is the windows error:

I was trying to diagnose a problem on my computer as it randomly freeze then start working correctly again a couple minutes later, which i thought was SSD / controler related as it happens mostly when it is accessed, when loading data in games. I noticed the SSD disappears from windows then reapears later. Setup files loaded by these games are created again if i force the game to stop and then launch it again, which again points to files not being detected. I tried using different sata / power cables and another port but the problem remains.

Any help would be appreciated on that one.

I have same problem (windows 7 64)

Also just got this same error after upgrading (win7 64bit) on one computer and “no supported devices found” on another.  Both drives are Ultra II’s.

Same Problem here - Windows 7 ultimate 64bit

Anyone have solution ??

Dashboard 2.3.2.0 is still crashes when starting (windows 7 64)…

Hello friends.

I would like to provide a link to the 1.4.4.4 until some time that someone can answer your issue!

You can download 1.4.4.4 from here:

http://wddashboarddownloads.wdc.com/Dashboard/application/1444/SanDiskSSDDashboardSetup.exe

Make sure you uninstall the 2.3.x.0 versions first.

I would like to ask you for the PLUS problems, what firmware do you have on the device?  I assume you are using the 1.4.4.4 dashboard for now, as the other one crashed?  There is also a 2.3.2.0 version available, but it looks like other folks are still seeing a crash.  I am interested in what controller drivers you are using too.
