We have seen a similar issue with certain pcs. The issue is only related to the GUI and the software is actually activated and the caching service is still running. To see if this is the case you can open task manager and go to the services tab. If expresscache is running then you are good to go. If this is the case when you open the GUI you should be able to click the ? For help and go back then it should show activated.
