my understanding is that the software is not designed to work in an enviorment where the system drive is an SSD. if they put that in the faq there has to be a reason behind it. I would not assume it would work.
it also used the entire partition of the readycache ssd and there is no way to configure multiple drives so for your second question I would say No, it is not possible to add multiple readycache ssd to the same machine.
