Can Sandisk please explain why it requires the following permissions for the app?

READ YOUR CONTACTS

RUN AT STARTUP

READ PHONE STATUS AND IDENTITY

Specifically, do you save contact information from the phone to your servers?  What do you do with the contact information?

What do you do with the phone identity?
