Problem and confusion between internal memory and memory carx

The application Memory zone is making a confusion between internal memory and memory card.
This is annoying !

I have a 4gb internal memory and a 64gb micro SD and memory zone say the reverse !

Any solution ?

Hi,

in case you are still having difficulties, have you tried formatting the card on the phone or on pc?
Just make sure to back up data on the card before formatting.

Hello, I have the same problem!

  • Phone: Alcatel One Touch 997D
  • microSDCard: SanDisk 64 GB Ultra microSDXC UHS-I (SDSDQUA-064G-U46A).

The phone did not accepted the exFAT formatted microSDCard and reformatted it as FAT32 with 4 KB blocks.

SanDisk memory Zone App is showing about 59 GB internal memory and 1 GB for microSDcard.

And that’s not all: After the speed test I get a recommendation to buy a SanDisk Ultra microSDXC.

I also formatted the SanDisk 64 GB Ultra microSDXC on the PC, but there was no change.
