Wireless memory card

Hello I have bought a wireless memory card 8gb to upload photos directly to my iPad 3 but after adding the eye-fi app when I try to log in with my email and password that I register my product with on here it won't connect me also I couldn't find any link of instructions on this site to install the software. Please help
