Extreme slow transfer speeds on Lenovo P70 and USB 3 SS ports

Hello,

I do experience extremely slow read/write speeds on my Lenovo P70 when I connect my 960GB Extreme 900 drive to any one of the USB 3 SS ports on the notebook. It maxes out at 45 MB/s. Even my good old WD Elements HDD show transfer speeds up to 120 MB/s on the same ports. I even tried different cables, but with no success.

Can anyone help to sort this out?
