My Sports Clip screen only turns on when it is charging but still doesnt turn on when i unplug it and try to turn it on. Please Help?
Also the clip feels warm-hot when charging. Therefore I do not know what I should do.
Try resetting it when unplugged from charging.
How do you reset it please? Mine has the same problem and won’t respond to any keys, just displays ‘charging’
Make sure it is unplugged from computer or any charger. Press and hold the power button for 20-30 secs. until it shuts off. If it shuts off after only a couple secs. continue to press for at least 20 secs. Then release and press power button again normally to turn it on.
