I recently had to buy a new desktop. I tried reinstalling Rhapsody using the software disc I already had. I keep getting an error massage during installation that says “Rhapsody is unable to install the required components from the Rhapsody server. Please restart Rhapsody, and if this problem continues, click the link below for more information.” Meanwhile the Rhapsody setup hangs at 99%. I tried restarting the setup , restarting my pc, and going to the link, Rhapsody Help, as suggested but nothing works. I even tried going to the Microsoft website thinking that maybe I was missing a driver. Anyone have any ideas? Please help!
