The Clip Sport will not play protected files in “wma” format.
Are you using WMP11 to copy music files to your Clip Sport?
Maybe try using Win File Explorer to copy music files to the Music folder on your Clip Sport?
Make sure the music files you are copying to the player are not “shortcuts” to the files on your PC.
