Maybe it is time to start a new message topic for problems displaying Album Art with the Clip Sport ???
For now, let me say that nearly all of my Clip Sport album art display problems were due to my slavishly using iTunes for > 10 years. It works great for IOS devices. Not so much for all other players.
I think you are smart to try alternate music manager software programs. I personally have been using “mp3tag” software to prepare my mp3 files for best tagging & display on my Clip Sport. This software has amazing features for curating ID3 tags, cleaning up album art problems and has a wide variety of macro commands. The software also has a “m3u” playlist creator using multiple subdirectories. SanDisk would be smart to put a link to this software in all their user manuals.
