Added Audible (.aax) support

I received my new Clip Sport Plus today and was unable to see my Audible books on the device (although they look like they’ve downloaded just fine from Audible).

I just did the firmware update and re-registered my device on Audible and downloaded them again.  STILL can not see any of my books on this device.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.  I’ve been searching the web for an hour but all the similar problems were on older versions and from 2008 and 2011.

Are they maybe under MUSIC & not BOOKS? Sometimes Audible does not copy them to the correct folder…

I checked MUSIC and that folder is empty as well.  They show up under FOLDERS in the root files but if I try to select them it states Format Not Supported.  I filed a case with SanDisk.  Hope to hear from them soon.

what audible format did you download? the clip sport plus only supports Audible enhanced format .aax.  If you have format 4 or something other than .aax you will need to redownload in Audible Enhanced format .aax

I am having same problem:
