Frozen on refreshing media - have formatted via computer, deteled all files - STILL STUCK

Looking for advice - has been working fine for a few years, uploaded a new audible audio book and BAM, got stuck on refreshing your media.  Left it over night - still stuck.

 

 

Held reset button - attached to computer, deleted all files (after backing up) and formatted via windows, turned it on still "refreshing your media"

 

HELP! Smiley Mad

try relaoding the FW. there is a sticky at the top of this board with download links and instructions.
