Just got a Clip Jam, I am having trouble when I have finished playing one Album then being able to choose another Album. Which ever button I press I keep getting the image of a padlock, cannot get back to Music.
A long press on the “Back Button” will lock/unlock the Jam so perhaps you’ve done that by accident?
