SanDisk® Clip Jam

I use my clip jam as an mp3 player in my car and the jack is always plugged in.  Everytime I turn it on I have to increase the volume and reply to the nag.  As far as I can tell this only happened since I updated the firmware to 1.12. I have reverted to 1.05 and it still asks for the nag every time it is rswitched on again.

Can I disable the limit the volume nag?
