A few of the websites I read, allude to confirming this fact, but they've come up short of saying "YES, Vista does support SDXC cards."

I know that my Canon SX 40 HS supports both SDHC as well as SDXC.

Just posting here in hopes of getting a confirmation about Vista Home Premium.

Hello,

vista supports the sdxc format if you have all the latest patches installed and of course you have to make sure always to use sdxc compatible devices.
