256mb + wifi card won't download

I have my original disk to download drivers for 256 mb wifi card.  I connect my pda with active sync, as instructed, and click on install.  I hit the button to run.  The welcome wizard comes up, I click next to install, files begint to extract and then it disappears.  Nothing happens after that.

 

I've gone to the san disk website and tried to download from there and the same thing happens.  Anyone have any ideas?  I don't think it has anything to down with my pda and the activesync i'm using because i'm syncing ok.

I was trying to install on my desktop using XP. It did install on it at one time.  My laptop is Vista...it won't install there either.

That card will not work on either a desktop computer or laptop.  It is only for Windows Mobile 2002 and 2003... and these will only be on PDA's.
