Hi there,

I have bought the 8GB SD Card for my Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. Whenever I download music on the card the track does not play. But if I download it on my phone it will play and the same applies to my images. I have transfer my images from phone to the card and when I went back it was all gone. I think there is definitely something wrong with the card. But with my laptop I have copied music to the card it is still showing. I tried another card in the phone and experience no problems.

Could it perhaps be a format problem?

2-   You tested in  the phone, another card (microSDHC too?), and works well, implies that the phone is fine.

My first hypothesis, is that there is a communication problem, between this card and the phone.

3-   Try formatting, the card in the phone.
