Kindle Fire 5th generation. Installed new sdxc card, Insufficient SD card storage message

Kindle Fire 5th generation. Installed new sdxc card, it’s 64gb UHS-1 A1

When I go in Setting, storage.
Move apps to sd card
I get a error

Insufficient SD card storage
Your SD card does not have enough storage space to complete this action.

I get the same error, when I try to manually move an app to the Sd card.

Right now my SD = 59.44gb FREE, of 59.45GB
I quick formated it into my computer, but still have that problem. I wonder if the card is working well.

Usually 64GB cards come formatted in exFAT. Maybe your Kindle cannot handle that format. You could try re-formatting in FAT32.

I just did a slow format in exFAT, and I get the same problem. It seem other peoples witht the same device do not have my problems.

Did you try FAT32 as suggested? And/or did you check if your Kindle is exFAT-compatible?
