Corrupted 32gb micro card

I have been using a SanDisk Ultra 32gb micro card for nearly a year in my android phone. It suddenly stopped working in my phone and I began to get error messages. I put it into my computer to try and re-format it, but got a message saying it was write-protected. The switch on my adaptor definitely wasn't in the write-protection mode. When I ran chkdsk, it says my data file is RAW. Clearly there is an issue with my card. Is there a way to save it? I don't care about retrieving the data on it. I just want to be able to use it again. Thanks.

Re: Corrupted 32gb micro card

if it is write protected the card has detected a fault and locked the card to prevent data loss. backup the data and contact sandisk support to check on the warranty status.
