After I shoot my Nikon D200 and check images on the camera, sometimes they come up distorted color or banding lines. My card is the CF Ext III 8.0 GB.
Have you formatted the card? Have you tried different cards already?
IMHO, I dont think that it is a problem with the card. I usually get banding lines with my photos due to wrong settings in my camera like exposure, shutter and aperture.
