Sad way to say they are insentive to custmer data loss which is precious to customer.They are here only to make money and fool customer.Its now a crime if you buy cf card of sandisk.God knows when Sandisk has proper way to resolve this.Simply replace the card they are thinking they are doing a great job ,that will compensate all your data loss,what sandisk is thinking people are dumb.
