32gb Microsd format error

i have my 32gb miscrosd card in a reader and i’m trying to format it  but in the section of the format wizard where it says capacitiy  it only showing up as 8gb not 32gb. Anyone know what i should do?

  1. Format it as FAT32.

  2. It’s a counterfeit card.
