Re: Password?

It is possible to put a password on a Nokia phone, and it appears this is what has happened.

Here is a website that tells how to unlock it, and if you do not remember the password, you can just format the card.

Website...

Re: Password?

Hi,

Got a question;

Is it possible to format a password protected MiniSD card (512mb) on Windows XP. I read somewhere that the PC doesnt detect password protected memory cards. I haven't yet tried it out since I dont have a card reader.

Formatting on my phone won't work because it requires a password.. Which I somehow don't know, which is weird because I use the same password for almost anything...

Thanks in advance.

Re: Password?

When I power on my BB, why is my microSDHC mobile 4GB card prompting me for a password now all of a sudden with no apparent reason?  My passwords to my mobile and any others I may have used don't work.  Is there a default password?  How do I make this go away?

Re: Password?

WHATEVR U DO DO NOT FORMAT UR MMC,

cause theres a method of retaining password from c:system/mmcstore

if u format ur mmc itll lose mmcstore information which will later provide u with the password,

if u format u ll b in a huge problem trust me,i am in the same problem & i did format my mobile, now only wayout for me is to USE MMC IN MY 3500C NOKIA MOBILE IN WHICH IT WORKS & BUY A NEW ONE FOR MY BRAND NEW MOBILE.

i ve searched a lot abt his topic & found no tools or methods useful, none works; u r maybe lucky if u didnt format ur mmc, now search for de mmcstore method........ ENJOY!!!
