I have Norton (not McAfee).  What do I need to change/shut off to get the Cruzer Sync to work.  I get the same message other are getting:

 

CruzerSync.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I just followed official U3 links on my Cruzer Titanium to upgrade software and ended up having to reformat and download from scratch. But even then CruzerSync failed to install and now I can't find it on Download Central or anywhere else there's a live download link.

 

Any suggestions, please?
