my Fuse+ speaks arabic

Hello,

I am unhappy with this device.

The installation disk is too small to be useful in my Macbook.

The device does not read folders, only individual tracks.

My battery does not charge even though the cable is connected.

My rating: headache device!

When I tried to install Firmware 01.27.02 the thing decided to revert Arabic as the standard language.

If I could get my money back, I would do it immediately. It just does not work!

Any help would be appreciated,

Go to the very last option on the main menu which looks like a gear. Eventhough it is on Arabic language, you should still be able to find "USB". The option above USB is Language.

You dont need the disk. It just containts the quick start guide and the Rhapsody installer (w/c is not for MAC).

The Fuze+ does not have folder navigation unlike the standard Fuze. Nevertheless, there are some workaround for this, you can simply create playlist, play your songs by Genre, Album or Artist.

YOu have to switch the Fuze+ to MSC mode for it to work with your MAC. (Settings > USB mode > MSC)
