Purchased three months ago.
In the middle of a run it stopped playing and the screen went to refreshing media. Got home and did the normal hold of the power button to reset. That successfully turned it off but now when it comes on the logo screen is stuck for a couple minutes before moving on to being stuck at refreshing your media.
I can hold power to turn it off as much as I want, but holding the center button to go into MSC while connecting to my computer does nothing.
While connected, my computer will give the popup that an unrecognized device is connected every few minutes.
Please help.
