HI Let me know service Cente for Mp3 Player SANSA in chennai India .

 

My Mp3 Player is turning On when it is connected to computer , but when disconnected unable to Power ON .

 

whats the problem ???

Probably a dead battery or a broken wire that connects to the battery.
