I bought a Sansa M200 and have Windows XP Pro computer. My Computer Does Not Recognize the Player-where do I go for Drivers?

Do you have WMP 10 or higher? MP3 players set to operate in MTP mode need WMP 10 or higher to be supported in XP.
I’m having same issue with windows 7 64 bit
I don’t think it has a driver that you can download and install but try to do a simple Windows Update though, that should work for you.
